Covering of the sewage tank of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group

A fiberglass reinforced plastic cover was added above the sewage tank. At this point, the exhaust gas produced in the sewage tank was isolated from the air. Air outlets were added to the surface of the collecting hood, and ventilation ducts were installed. The exhaust gas entered the exhaust purification tower through the ventilation ducts. To increase the collection of exhaust gas, a fiberglass reinforced plastic fan was installed in front of the purification tower. The fan sucked the exhaust gas into the purification tower. The exhaust gas was treated in the tower through two levels of spraying. If the exhaust gas was acidic, a circulating alkali solution was used for absorption; if it was alkaline, a circulating acid solution was used for spraying absorption. The exhaust gas treatment efficiency reached over 90%, and the emissions met the relevant national standards.
